It was just pointed out that there has been an issue on the forum after an update. "New Members" were unable to see topics inside of the chapter forums, so they all appeared blank, as seen in the screenshot below.
So if you've recently registered on the forum but things looked super empty inside the chapter forums, this was the issue.
As always, if you see something on the website that looks weird or just doesn't seem to make sense - just assume that I completely screwed something up and let me know!!
