I've been building a new shop for about the last year. 36x42 steel building. Still have a lot to do like insulation and wiring but I'm starting to work in there now. The plan is to build us a teardrop I can easily tow with my wifes Subaru Crosstrek. In addition to my regular job, I do a lot of woodworking and composite work, mostly resin infusion, race car parts and model race boats. So my thought is to do a carbon fiber/foam sandwich using resin infusion. I got a foam sample of what I want to use and it's incredibly strong and weighs nothing once its laminated. I recruited my CAD guy at work who has been helping with the design work. We will see how it turns out.
