I was wondering if there are any restrictions if a member was to incorporate the tear and car from the logo in a sign for the back of there tear. I note that the logo is trade-marked.

In the absence of any concerns being expressed about incorporating the Tear and Car from the Tear Jerkers' logo into a logo for the back of my teardrop, I can presume that, as a member, I can use it. Look for it on the road next summer as I travel from Ottawa across Canada and back on the Oregon Trail. -
