I've made these twice now and they were a hit at each location. Here's how to make them:
One box of vanilla wafers
One medium sized banana
Nutella spread
Smear a thin layer of Nutella on the flat side of two vanilla wafers and add a 1/8" slice of banana on one of them, Nutella side up, then top the banana slice with the second smeared wafer, Nutella side down. Repeat until you run out of banana. Refrigerate before serving or serve immediately. As the Nutella warms, the N3Bs will try to slide apart. That's why the cooling step is helpful.
Yield: 18 N3Bs.
