Instant Hot Chocolate
2 lbs Chocolate Milk Mix
2 lbs Powdered Sugar
16 oz Coffee Creamer
8 qts Instant Dry Milk
Mix all Ingredients together.
Store in air tight container.
Serving 1/3 cup per coffee cup of hot water.
Country Gravy Mix
4 1/2 cups Flour
1 1/2 cups Instant Dry Milk
1/2 cup Corn Starch
1/3 cup Onion Powder
3 Tablespoons Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Poultry Seasoning
2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 teaspoon Sage
Mix all ingredients together.
Store Mix in air tight container.
Country Gravy from Mix
2 Tablespoon Butter
2 Tablespoon Dry Country Gravy Mix
2 cups Milk
Melt Butter with Gravy Mix to make a roux.
Whisk in 2 cups of Milk.
Continue stirring until gravy thickens.
Serve hot over biscuits.
Sausage Country Gravy
1 lb Sausage
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Dry Country Gravy Mix
2 cups Milk
Brown Sausage remove excess grease set aside.
Melt Butter with Gravy Mix to make a roux.
Whisk in 2 cups Milk.
Add in Browned Sausage.
Continue stirring until gravy thickens.
Serve hot over biscuits
