  • Newbies in NE Florida

Curt and Regina here. We're long time tent campers finally making the move into teardrop camping with a Cedar Ridge Vega AT. We love having a small footprint and treasured the mobility tent camping gave us. Teardrop camping seems like a natural extension of that. We're still refining what it's going to take to get the balance right between creature comfort and bare minimums, and look forward to seeing how everyone else is making things work for them. Cheers!

Many years of enjoyment to you all.

We are from Arkansas we, have a son and daughter in law down in Winterhaven.

We have camped some in Florida, but never the NE side, mostly the NW Panhandle and the Big Bend area.

We have jerked our homemade squaredrop to Winterhaven and back.

    Cheers!

How do you like that Cedar Ridge? We are thinking of getting one. Has it been reliable? Looks great.

It has been pretty amazing. Tows like a dream, easy to maneuver. We store outside, but use a UV/rain cover. Good workmanship. We typically set up with a clamshell pop up shelter and a Hasika cover over the galley.

They really seem to be well built trailers. We are looking forward to purchasing one. I really like the weight as well. It's nice to find people who enjoy them. We were looking at a Bean but I really like the weight of this one and it appears to give you a lot of quality for the money. Thank you.
