Not really a journal, just some pics. I had pics of making the aluminum frame of the trailer but can't find them. I'll add more later and some more details.

The build was at a standstill for a while (at about 90%)...while life happened. Made some progress lately
-by sealing the hatch with epoxy sealer/primer and gloss white epoxy paint.
-Did the same for the entry doors, except they are a deep green. The entry doors also got their final window seals and painted (semi-gloss black) aluminum T molding for the weather seals.
-Need to;
-insulate and cover the inside of the hatch...probably with FRP panels. Might skip the insulation to keep it as light as possible and the kitchen wall is insulated anyway.
-plumb the water tank.
-install the propane lines and tank,
-finish the rear bumper and storage,
-make the compartment doors (battery tray, breaker box and transfer switch, a/c - heater)
-probably more I am forgetting....
