New to Tear Jerkers. I have a 1947 Kit Kamper, Serial No. 2673, manufactured 2-12-47, Norwalk, CA. It needs complete re-construction (restoration). I have a few general questions. 1. what is the recommend plywood for the top and sides, I assume it some exterior grade? 2. The top aluminum is in good shape (not dented or damaged in anyway), so thinking of reusing it, but it will need to be polish. Who does this kind of polishing?

If anyone has any suggestions on restoring one of these, please chime in.
